More than another networking tool, it's a network just for international educators

[1]First and foremost, iteachnet.org is the home of a network of international school teachers and administrators. Collegiality is what we are all about. There are a number of ways in which we can empower teachers and administrators, and help them to help each other. All of them depend on our ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and this site is the center of that effort. We invite all those working or who have worked in international education or related fields or services to become members.

If you think it is a good idea . . .

to be listed on a centralized register of all professional international educators in good standing . . .
for that register to include means for you to list all details relevant to your professional life . . .
to be able to update that register whenever you like from wherever you want . . .
to have a place where you can easily share ideas or even offer workshops on-line to other colleagues/professionls . . .
to have access to the best available information on international education professional development and jobs . . .
to be able to submit professional articles informally and also formally for to a journal just for international education . . .
to be able to contact teachers who teach the same thing(s) you do . . .
to be able to contact school administrators who work in jobs similar to yours . . .
