We like our tools light on their feet and easy on the wallet. That's why we're pleased to say we are now offering hosted school databases using Les Richardson's Open Admin for Schools. Already used in more than a dozen schools despite its recent birth, Open Admin for Schools offers all of the above functionalities and Iteachnet has already successfully piloted it.

Where do we come in?
We take the worry out of using a new, complex tool. We know that your school depends on its student information system and the pressure to get it just right means that you may not have time or confidence enough to go completely on your own.
You need support and that's what we offer, a complete support package for Open Admin: We host, configure, support and train users (teachers, office staff, administrators) in how to use Open Admin for Schools. As with all other iteachnet.org offerings, this one is a service. We offer you our considerable experience and knowledge of schools in general and this database in particular. It is our experience that tells us that Open Admin is a winner, but like any complex tool, it takes time to learn and make the best use of it.
Why are we so sure we can help you? Because we have had the good fortune to get to know Les Richardson, the project leader and primary author of Open Admin for Schools.
